Shipping Policy

 

We ship our products from SLOVAKIA, EUROPE.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s).

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your postal service. The Pinna earseeds does not hold any responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

Our Maximum Handling Time is: 2-3 Business days(MONDAY - FRIDAY)

We provide Recommended Shipping. Estimated Delivery: 4-10 Business days(MONDAY - FRIDAY) depending on the country.

Shipping Cost: 8,90€ EUROPE

While we suits use reasonable efforts to satisfy the shipping and delivery dates provided above, we shall not be liable for any delays in shipments.

PLEASE NOTE: Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM every weekday. If the order is placed and a credit card authorisation is released before 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 6:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday, it will be processed on the following business day.

Item Not Received

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. you'd wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ), but if the problems still persist kindly email us 📧 Mail: pinnaearseeds@gmail.com we'll try our greatest to help you.
